Went to wrong 14 the first time with my grandkids and was disrespected violated by one of the employees that worked on top part, and also the supervisor and the Manager was very unprofespecial escorted me out for no reason. Left my minor children's unattended and would not let me go get them. They there were like 2 other parents. Also complaining about the same young lady. That works in the top and the supervisor was not helpful at all. She was very disrespectful to her A manager which did not handle the situation professionally. I couldn't complain to corporate. I am waiting for a phone call. I would never, ever go there or recommend anyone to go there. For the simple fact that the employees, supervisor and manager are out of control, not professional at all. I would love if someone could call me. So I can really explain the whole situation to them. Because I don't think that they should have an employee like that or supervisor or even a manager. That's very unprofessional to the customers. Who are the ones that are bringing in the money? At the end I was asked for my ID by the police so that I be band from the place for a yr like I committed a crime.

I have been here 3 times, but I only go for the claw machines and rhythm games! My reviews are based off of only the things I have done as an adult. I love this place!! The pricing is fairly cheap/decent if you buy the larger packages, and I could easily spend a whole day here if I wanted to. It is not too crowded as well. The claw games feel very fair and I have walked away 3 times with a car full of stuffed animals(as pictured!) Easy to park, easy to learn how to play, and easy to have fun! There are a lot of staff around the claw machine area as well if you need assistance in repositioning or claiming a win. The rhythm games feel very new and are kept in great condition. There are enough machines to keep everyone happy! One day I will try all the other amenities available! There is so many things to do, and it really is a good place for all ages. There are a lot of good food and drink (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) available.

The lady supervisor is extremely rude. She needs to know the definition of professionalism. I do not know how she even became a supervisor with such a nasty attitude. I asked a simple question and she responded in a rude manner, kept rolling her eyes and moving her head back and forth in a hostile manner. She needs to be replaced asap.

Went with the Cub scouts and enjoyed a few hours of bowling. I had never been to this place, and I can't wait to come back. They had so many things to do!!! Pool, karaoke, batting, trampoline, tennis, arcade games,..... I will return with my husband to have a date night. Can't comment on food or drinks as we didn't have anything, but the bathroom was really clean. We went on a Tuesday evening and it was quiet!
